What solution does DOQdrive provide?

A DOQdrive is the product of DO-Q-MENT Kft., which is a cloud-based solution suitable to store and forward legally original and digitalised documents, which revolutionises the document archiving and handling.

The partner of DOQdrive cloud-based solution is the Microsoft Azure.

The DOQdrive prepares a certified copy of the original paper-based document, which will later have the same probative value as presenting the original paper-based document. The authentication is based on international rules and standards accepted in any country of Europe.

The certification of authentication complying with eIDAS is provided by the Microsec qualified trust service provider.

A DOQdrive PRIVATE is nothing more than an easy-to-use and free-of-charge mobile application for all individuals. The identification of the DOQdrive users is ensured with the registration of DOQDdrive PRIVATE account.

Subscriptions to DOQdrive BUSINESS may be applied by persons authorised to sign through their private DOQdrive account. DOQdrive BUSINESS is available to businesses without investment, with tangible cost reductions and efficiencies increase can be achieved in document handling The DOQdrive BUSINESS service can only be used by identified individuals i.e. users of the free-of-charge DOQdrive PRIVATE solution.

Users with a DOQdrive account (individuals and companies) can also add each others as partners. The partners within the DOQdrive subscription have the possibility to conclude e-contracts or bilateral electronic signature of any document in relation to b2b, B2C and c2c.

DOQdrive is cloud-based system, so it's easily accessible therefore from everywhere. The users assigned to a DOQdrive account from geographically separated locations have the same interface they can work with. It is even possible to connect to the system via a mobile application.

What advantages does it ensure to your company?

  • By using the digital documents archive will empty your the crowded archives cabinets.
  • Previously, the incoming vendor invoices in paper format were scanned or copied and stored in own folder systems, prior to sending them to the accountant. Thus the copying/scanning into DOQdrive is not regarded as additional work, only clarified, one-time workflow.

  • The access rights can be distributed, determining editing permission or read-only access. The system provides GDPR-compliant protection for the personal data found in the company documents.
  • Internal approval system can be set up in the DOQdrive system, so there is no need to submit documents in hardcopy to the approval, they can be checked and approved from afar.

What does it mean in cooperation between your company and ABT Treuhand

  • It is not necessary to rent or create simple, but even paid storage spaces, for purposes of information sharing with accounting.

  • The documents, informations are recorded on daily basis in the DOQdrive system, which are available for accountant after internal approval on daily or weekly basis.
  • The system belongs to you, the documents remain at your company ABT receives only reading access to the documents required for accounting purposes, which may be handed over to anyone else at any time.
  • ABT enables immediately checking and sending of fast feedback about the substantive and formal mistakes of invoices before posting them.
  • ABT can mark the documents as “taken over for accounting’ or “booked”. So you have always up-to-date information concerning the posting status of your invoices.
  • The documents stored in this way are handled in the same manner as original documents, so it is not necessary to send the invoice in paper format.
  • Do not need to store your company’s documents at external place (ABT) and do not need to return the documents of closed periods from ABT. The own documents remain indoors.
