Dr. Éva Lovrecz LLM
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest, and after graduation she got the Master's degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College in London.
As the leader of the legal team Éva participated in several acquisitions, in projects related to private equity and legal audits.
She was a board member of the Budapest Bar Association for 4 years, at present she is a member of the team cooperation of the Metropolitan Court.
She is specialized in: corporate law, M&A transactions, acquisitions and structural changes, private equity transactions and financial law.
Dr. Péter Czifra
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University, and later participated in professional legal education in the field of data security and data protection. Formerly he worked in a law office, where he provided legal advice in relation to foreign-owned corporations' activities in Hungary.
He has been the co-lawyer partner of ABT Treuhand Group for about 15 years. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to business organizations (from daily affairs to strategic issues, for instance merger, transformation), especially in judicial and extrajudicial fields of civilian-, corporate-, and labour issues as well as property law and data protection questions.
He is specialized in: corporate law, labour law and data protection
Dr. Réka Neményi
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Pázmány Péter Catholic University and as a trainee lawyer he gained experience at a major international law form. She has been a member of Czifra & Neményi Law Firm since 2006.
She focuses on property law, corporate law and gives advice to society organizations. Her clients include foundations and non-profit organizations, too. She also gives advice to private individuals - beside property law and preparation of sales contracts - in family law issues.
She is specialized in: property law, corporate law, association law
Dr. Péter Mangoff
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of József Attila University, and later graduated from the Department of Finance and Accounting of the College of Finance in Budapest as an economist in the field of finance and corporate finance.
Peter is an expert in corporate and group restructuring, M&A transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers, and has extensive experience in issues relating to civil law, financial law and energy law. He represents our clients in civil and tax lawsuits, too, among others domestic and foreign financial institutions.
He is specialized in: business law, business reorganization, financial law, litigation, energy law
Dr. Zoltán Temesi LLM
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University and after graduation he got the Master's degree from the University of Edinburgh in European law, and later he, as a legal practitioner, participated in a professional training on data protection.
Zoltán gives advice to several domestic and foreign clients in property law issues, including, among others, real estate investments, purchases, operating real estates - utilization. In addition to real estate legal job he provides advice relating to employment to our clients; for many years he was an employment law clerk in KPMG Academy.
He is specialized in: corporate law, legal due diligence, labour law, and real estate law
Dr. Csaba Komlósi
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of József Attila University. He has been a member of Budapest Bar Association.
Csaba is specialized in corporate law, within this the transformations. In addition to corporate law he has extensive experience in compliance and issues on industrial property rights. He has participated in several legal due diligence and also has experience in tax litigation.
He is specialized in: corporate law, acquisitions, commercial law, property law, copyright, litigation
